Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and phone customers.

Project Management: Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals and follow-ups. - Collaboration: Work closely with our production team and management to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Signage, Graphic Design, or a related print/visual communications field is MANDATORY.
- Technical Skills: Ability to view a computer screen and sit for long periods (4+ hours).
- Soft Skills: Outgoing personality with the ability to handle high-volume work under pressure.
- Project Management: Proficiency in moving a project from estimate to final work order.
